      Bookings and payments are managed through the FareHarbor platform, which has its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.<\/p>

      When the customer uses the booking system, the data provided is also processed by FareHarbor, under that entity\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>

      Blue Front does not share personal data with third parties, except when strictly necessary for:<\/p>

      • Compliance with legal obligations<\/li>
      • Tax or accounting processes<\/li>

        We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tracking systems, or other personal data analysis tools.

        • Blue Front\u2019s legitimate interest in managing contacts and bookings<\/li>

          • Contact data submitted via the form: up to 12 months, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.<\/li>
          • Billing-related data: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law.<\/li>

                CANCELLATION POLICY \u2013 CANCELLATIONS BY BLUE FRONT<\/strong><\/h5>

                Blue Front may cancel tours with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice due to:<\/p>

                • Adverse sea conditions<\/li>
                • Weather conditions<\/li>
                • Safety reasons<\/li>
                • In these cases, the customer may choose between:<\/li>
                • Full refund (100%), or<\/strong><\/li>
                • Rescheduling the activity to an available date<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
                  CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER<\/strong><\/h5>
                  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled time \u2192 Full refund (100%)<\/li>
                  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice \u2192 No refund<\/li>
                  • Significant delays or failure to appear (\u201cno-show\u201d) \u2192 No refund<\/li><\/ul>

                    Rescheduling may be requested subject to availability.<\/p>
